Pâté en Croûte is a pork terrine baked inside our bakery’s fresh pastry. Made by our head butcher Spencer Vella, flavoured with warm winter spices such as clove, nutmeg, allspice, coriander and fresh thyme with a mix of ground pork, ground liver and diced pork.  This is Chef Nick’s favourite way to fancy up a charcuterie board or just enjoy it on its own. 150 grams – Serves 2 people
