Chef Nick’s body is powered by tacos, that’s a fact! The Birria taco, now famous on every social media platform there is, has been no stranger to his tummy. Learn the secrets of this taco and why its without a doubt the king of them all! This recipe takes 4 hours at the least from start to finish, so we are sending you two versions:
One: The famous braised beef will be fully prepared so we can enjoy the actual tacos in the class together that night.
Two: Another beef cut will be raw so we can learn and prepare it this famous recipe that will require a few hours of braising which will last past our class but your will have another batch ready for eating it again the next day! Perhaps Taco Farm’s famous Birria poutine!
We will also make ooey gooey melting queso fundido and a few our classic salsas to give you the foundation you need for your next “virtual trip” to Mexico!
